The law firm STRAKA & ZAK was established in 2004 by attorneys-at-law with experience in international law firms, the judicial system, and the banking system. Our aim is to provide legal services that rival the expertise of the best international firms yet provide the personalization and efficiencies of a modern Czech law firm. To achieve this aim, STRAKA & ZAK strives toward maximum quality, specialization and proficiency, price flexibility, international cooperation and comprehensive service. We consider constant improvement of our services the best way to gain and maintain the trust of our clients and build long-term professional relationships.

With a view of providing comprehensive counselling services to our clients, STRAKA & ZAK collaborates with a select group of tax advisers, auditors, authorized experts and other expert consultants, as well as translators and interpreters.

In 2007 STRAKA & ZAK changed its legal form to a limited liability company (s.r.o.).
